Meet
Lafayette Britto.
For more than twelve years, I have photographed the homes, craftsmanship, and design that shape communities across Florida. Since 2013, I have captured more than 1,000 properties—from luxury residences and vacation homes to model homes for Lennar, Pulte Homes, and Centex Homes.
Because I am also a real estate professional, I understand both sides of the assignment. I know the pressure behind a listing launch, the importance of representing a property honestly, and how the right imagery can communicate value before a buyer ever walks through the door.
